Our behaviour support services take a compassionate, person-centred approach to understanding behaviours of concern. We recognise behaviour as a form of communication, and work collaboratively with the person, their family, carers and other professionals to identify practical strategies that improve quality of life.

Practical tools for real life. This hands-on program helps people build everyday skills at their own pace, in a supportive space — delivered one-on-one or in groups by our Program Facilitator. You choose what to focus on; we help you build the skills and confidence to get there.

Engage Support Services is an approved Work and Development Order sponsor. Through the NSW WDO Scheme, eligible people may be able to reduce their Revenue NSW fines debt by completing approved activities, including eligible life skills programs. Eligibility and approval are subject to Revenue NSW requirements.

Our on-site exercise facility gives participants a welcoming, supportive space to take part in suitable activities at a pace that suits their needs and abilities — supporting movement, confidence and overall wellbeing. Activities can form part of individual supports or life skills programs.

A Justice of the Peace is available on site to provide convenient assistance with eligible documents for participants, families, staff and the wider community. Appointments may be required — please contact us before attending to confirm availability and what to bring.
